Is there a way to find out the nutritional facts for the salmon? I purchase mine at Giant Eagle in Columbus, OH, and I would like to know the number of calories, grams of fat, carbohydrates, and protein in the salmon.

Hi Jeremy, what kind of salmon did you purchase? Atlantic, chinhook, keta, coho, pink, sockeye, steelhead or smoked? the nutritional content varies from species to species. The carb content is virtually zero in all of the above species. Only the smoked salmon contains carbs, about 5 grams of carbs in a 3.5 ounce portion. Let us know more. Thanks
