Frozen ICYBAY tilapia fillets are all natural, chemical-free and processed from responsibly farm raised fish by our vendor partners in China. Farm raised tilapia grows quickly and requires minimal resources to reach market size. ICYBAY farm raised tilapia is available vacuum packed and individually quick frozen. Deep skinned antibiotic free tilapia is also available. Tilapia cooks up white, is slightly firm and flaky, and is used in a variety of cooking applications as it easily acquires flavor.
